Fabric of Community speaks to our individual and collective stories and dreams. As part of this project, I worked with community during a residency at ArtsPlace Gallery in Annapolis Royal, NS collaboratively co-creating several silk panels. Making space for the community to create in their own individual way speaks to the Fabric of Community and those stories can be seen and experienced in the work of the contributing community artists. I invite you into a peaceful healing space of floating luxurious silk panels. This project was greatly enhanced by the generous gift of metres and metres of silk from Margaret Boyle.
