SUMMARY:Critical Care – Juried Art Show
DESCRIPTION:My art speaks to my mental health and well-being directly. I have a long and dedicated practice of yoga and meditation that keeps me balanced\, grounded\, and centered in times of emotional stress and difficulties. \nMeaningful and soulful relationships and being immersed in nature also keeps me healthy physically and emotionally. At times a direct experience with nature is reflected in my work and other times the image might come from a dream\, an inspirational line of poetry or an issue I am exploring. This is how I process the challenges and joys in my life. For me\, creating art is a healing practice. \nThe work I am designing for this show will allow the viewer to engage directly with the work. It is my hope that my work inspires and holds a frequency of love and healing. \nThe show opens at 11:00 am on Saturday September 2\, 2023 and runs until September 24\, 2023. \n
